Throw a ‘Singles Party’
A great way to meet new people is to get a bunch of single people together in one room. How do you do that? You throw a singles party! You get all your single friends to bring a person, they aren’t interested in dating, to your party. The result - a room full of potential lovers!
There are many advantages of meeting people this way. First of all, you will have a friend that can give you background info on the person you met. You’ll have less worries about the person turning into a psycho stalker because one of your friends recommended him or her.
Secondly, there is less pressure when meeting someone in a party environment. Friends will surround you and it’ll be easy to escape it you find yourself in an awkward situation.
Another advantage is that everyone is there for the same reason - to meet new people. So don’t be shy! Chat away and have a great time!
